No matter if it’s a wedding, a birthday party, a product roll-out or a core conversion, if you are challenged with planning, organizing, and or managing resources to bring about the successful completion of a specific project, then you are a project manager!  Join us for an interactive session that will get you out of your seats and into the role and responsibility of project management.  You will learn: Role of the Project Manager, Tools to use, Project Phases, Issue Tracking, and getting the right amount of Resources (Money, Team, Equipment). You will work a project planning exercise while in session and walk out with tools you can use! This RLC is for anyone who has or will have the responsibility of rolling out a project in the next 3 – 12 months.  Don’t miss it!
