Mr. David A Brewer specializes in credit union, business,
real property and commercial representation. He has lectured
on numerous legal subjects such as credit union law, labor
and employment law, corporations, wrongful termination,
sexual harassment, bankruptcy and banking laws, along with
serving as a Judge Pro Tem of the Superior Court of
California. David has conducted seminars with several
Federal and State Court Judges on various legal topics
affecting credit unions and other financial institutions. He
has published several articles dealing with wrongful
termination, credit union subsidiary corporations and
As chairman of the San Diego County Bar Association’s
Commercial, Business and Bankruptcy Section, he has worked
closely with both judges and local legal practitioners to
provide continuing education to the legal community. David
is a graduate of the University of California (Irvine-1972,
B.A. Sociology) and the University of San Diego School of
Law (1975, Juris Doctor). He is also a member of the San
Diego County Bar Association.
